These are the sentences decided today in the ruling of the court of Velletri (Rome) for the case of little Lavinia Montebove, hit by a car in 2018 at the age of 16 months in the car park of the 'La Fattoria di Mamma Cocca' nursery in the Lazio town .
The little girl has lived in a vegetative state ever since.
For the teacher, the judge went beyond the prosecutor's request that she was 2 years old.
