People in Germany can expect the first full moon of 2024 at the end of January. It is called the Wolf Moon.

“The indigenous peoples of North America also called the January full moon the wolf moon because at this time of year they increasingly heard the howling of wolves in front of their settlements,” explains the expert.
People in Germany can see the Wolf Moon on the night of January 25th to 26th, from 6:54 p.m. Central European Time.
Then everyone can form their own opinion as to whether you can actually still hear the howling of wolves today.
12 full moons in 2024: There will be no Blue Moon
The first full moon of the year is also known in Germany by another name: Hartung.
This had to do with the nature of the soil at the time.
