What happened to Ling-Diane?
Since she left her family home in Houilles (Yvelines) on the morning of Tuesday, January 16, this 25-year-old woman went to the Fontainebleau region and has not heard from her since.
“She left with her phone, her bank card and her Navigo pass, saying that she was going to college in Paris,” her sister confided this Monday.
As she did not return in the evening, my father went to report her disappearance to the Houilles police station.
We then learned that she bought a sandwich in a Subway in Fontainebleau on Tuesday lunchtime and that her cell phone was limited to Chailly-en-Bière and Barbizon around 6:30 p.m.

Since the announcement of this worrying disappearance, widely relayed on social networks, Ling-Diane's family can count on the support and help of the young woman's comrades, but also of volunteers affected by this story.
On Sunday, there were around forty of them roaming the forest for a hunt which yielded nothing.
And again this Monday, the relatives were back in Seine-et-Marne to try to find traces of the young woman.
“There were his friends from university, but also from high school, who came,” continues the family.
Organized hunts in the massif
The concern is all the greater because, in addition to the freezing temperatures of recent days, the young woman, a sixth-year student at a Parisian university, could be having dark thoughts.
“It’s true that she’s a little depressed because she couldn’t take her exams because she broke her leg,” says her sister.
She had already attempted suicide a few months ago, due to the stress of studies.

Despite the hours that pass, the mobilization does not weaken.
The town halls of the towns where the young woman is likely to have gone, such as Chailly-en-Bière, have published a notice of disappearance and posters with the photo and description of Ling-Diane have been distributed in the massif sector of Fontainebleau.
Described as being of average build, the medical student is 1.55 m tall and was wearing beige jogging pants, a short black down jacket and white Nike shoes at the time of her disappearance.
A Facebook group was also created to organize the search.
