Over 50,000 terrorist attacks have been carried out around the world in the last 40 years, all under the title: Jihad, which means: holy war against infidels.
Who are the infidels?

That means that on average, about 1,250 acts of terrorism occur around the globe every year at a rate of more than three attacks per day.
While you are trying to make a living and live a meaningful life, there are those who devote all their energy and ability to murdering innocents in the name of that "holy jihad".
Currently, the State of Israel is waging an intense war against terrorism on seven different fronts (more than any other country in the world): Gaza, Lebanon, Syria, Israel, Yemen, Iraq and Iran. Each of them has a different nature of action and tactics, but one common denominator: a stated ambition to destroy the State of Israel.

"The formulation of the problem is often more important than its solution," Albert Einstein once said, and his words are true not only for quantum physics but for every area of life.
So we must understand with courage that we are facing an existential problem - and defining it as existential is already part of the solution.
Knowing the reality in a sober way is essential for our survival in space and especially for the necessary repairs.

Such is the perception regarding the threat of global jihad - that Israel is at the top of his list of priorities.
At the national level, it can be said that for many years we preferred to bury our heads in the sand rather than look the problem in the eye and hope it will go away.
It didn't happen and it won't happen.
Jihad is spreading like a violent cancer, sending metastases in an attempt to inflict damage and terror, and if anyone had any doubts, then we will receive the proof and the understanding, beyond any dispute, that we simply do not have the moral right to ignore it.
Ignoring is not a work plan
The entire Western world is under a growing threat from jihadist Islam, which makes no attempt to hide its stated goal: to destroy all non-Muslims.
The simulated calm that hovers over Europe is nothing more than "preparation time" for the terrorists: they are recruiting supporters, setting up dormant field cells and gathering intelligence.
They have patience and patience.
At Christmas, less than a month ago, extremist Muslims massacred 195 Christians in Nigeria.
Did this surprise anyone?
No.
Did it elicit an unusual response?
also not.
The major attacks in New York, Madrid, Paris, Brussels, Manchester, London, Mumbai and Nice in the last two decades have become an entry in Wikipedia.
From a mental point of view - and paradoxically for the magnitude of the threat - the enlightened world entered a coma.
This may be wishful thinking, but this is certainly not a working plan for dealing with a monstrous and sophisticated terrorist octopus.

The fact that, in an almost unprecedented manner, Israel is being attacked in seven different arenas, does not mean that we are the main target of jihad, but the most strategic of them all.
This is a significant insight that must be managed with diplomatic prudence and security action.
The common ideology of the terrorist organizations, and especially their spiritual and economic engine, Iran, is an uncompromising desire to spread the laws of Islam through Jihad.
The desire to destroy the State of Israel and murder all the Jews does not stem from a conflict over land or sovereignty.
We should learn to listen to the enemy, who proclaims everywhere: this is a religious war.
The State of Israel must call the problem by its name: a holy war waged against us by religious extremists who have no respect for the sanctity of life.
This is not a political issue and we must not label it as such, because then we will return to the pre-Shiva reality in October.
Learning lessons is an obligation of reality.
If we fail in this as well, there may no longer be anyone who can establish commissions of inquiry.
