The Sundance Film Festival, the largest and most important independent film festival in the US which is currently taking place, became the scene of a political struggle at the beginning of the week after about a hundred pro-Palestinian demonstrators marched down Park City's main street.
The person who was there to talk to the protesters was Noa Tashvi, who stopped people and asked them what exactly they were protesting and how well they knew what happened.

"From the sea to the river, Palestine should be free from the illegal occupation," shouted one of the demonstrators.
"What is the river?" asked Tashvi.
"I forgot the name of the river."
"And which sea?", Tashvi tried to understand.
"the Red Sea".
"I think it's the Black Sea and the river is on the other side of Gaza," answered another girl.
"It's terrible. What's happening isn't even because of Hamas. Hamas isn't there at all," demonstrated one of the women.
"Are there any abductees in Gaza now?" Tashvi asked.
"I do not know".
Another girl was also asked by Tashvi if she knew what happened on October 7.
"I heard things, but there is no proof," claimed the same girl.
"So there is no evidence of rape?", asked Tashvi.
"I'm not sure," she replied.
"So here is a pro-Palestinian demonstration at the Sundance Film Festival calling for the murder of Jews by people who have no idea what's going on. Are you so poisoned that anti-Semitism is something you allow? We all want freedom, but this is not the way to do it," she concluded. sit down
Tashvi, who even participated in an official panel at the event, told the entertainment magazine Variety at the same time as the pro-Palestinian demonstration that "what is happening now is simply horrifying.
