A 34-year-old man was found guilty, this Tuesday evening by the Essonne criminal court, of death threats and rape by a spouse on June 8, 2021 in Longjumeau.
The victim had recorded the entire scene in audio on his phone.
Overwhelming proof leaving no room for doubt.
The thirty-year-old, in pre-trial detention since the events, was sentenced to ten years of criminal imprisonment accompanied by three years of socio-judicial monitoring with an order for treatment upon his release.

Fifteen convictions, for driving without a license, possession of drugs or theft, appear on his record.
When he leaves, he finds his “official” wife, the one with whom he gives the image of a “respectable family man, who goes to work”.
But he also wants to find his “girlfriend”, with whom he leads a double life, the two women knowing nothing about each other.
