Devastating news for Sarah Ferguson.
Prince Andrew's ex-wife has now been diagnosed with malignant melanoma.

Sarah Ferguson (64) was diagnosed with breast cancer just last year.
The Duchess of York then had to undergo surgery to have her left breast removed and then rebuilt.
But now King Charles' (75) former sister-in-law has been diagnosed with skin cancer.

Sarah Ferguson appeared to have recovered well from the strain of the procedure; on Christmas Day she even attended the traditional church service in Sandringham with the British royal family for the first time in 30 years.
But shortly after the holidays, Fergie received more bad news.
"After being diagnosed with an early form of breast cancer this summer, Sarah, Duchess of York, has now been diagnosed with malignant melanoma," a spokesperson told

When Sarah Ferguson underwent reconstructive surgery following her mastectomy, her dermatologist advised her to have several moles removed and analyzed - "one of which was identified as cancerous," the statement said.
“She is carrying out further tests to ensure this was caught in the early stages.” Devastating news for Fergie in the middle of the recovery process.

In the last few weeks, the grandmother of three had herself nursed back up after her brood cancer operation at the “Mayrlife” Medical Health Resort in Altaussee, Austria. Now we can hope that the cancer has not spread.
“It’s not an easy time,” confirms an insider.
But even in this difficult phase, Fergie isn't just thinking about her own health.

Tough times for the British royal family, because it's not just the Duchess of York that worries fans.
Kate Middleton (42) will be out until after Easter after abdominal surgery, King Charles III.
