The teenager seriously injured Tuesday morning by a car which hit a farmers' roadblock in Ariège succumbed to her injuries in the evening, the Foix prosecutor's office announced in a press release.
His mother, a 35-year-old farmer, also died in the accident, and his father was seriously injured.

The young girl died as a result of her injuries shortly after 7:00 p.m.
,” said the Foix prosecutor’s office in a press release.
Three people present in the car have since been placed in police custody and are "
currently being questioned by judicial police officers from the Pamiers police station
", continued the Foix prosecutor's office this Tuesday evening.
A violent collision
In a press release, the Ariège prefecture explained that the accident occurred at 5:45 a.m. in Pamiers “
on the scene of the agricultural demonstration
”.
A vehicle ran into a straw barrier, erected by farmers at the level of the departmental road 119 bridge. The straw wall was covered
with “a large black tarpaulin”
where behind were demonstrators who were eating.
The car, caught in its momentum, hit three members of the same family, before ending its course against the trailer of a tractor.
