Economy Minister Giancarlo Giorgetti said Tuesday that tensions at the international level were posing a serious threat to growth prospects.
"Italy and the international community are facing complex challenges with an ever-changing global scenario," Giorgettisaid at the opening of the academic year of the Economic-Financial Police School (Scuola di PoliziaEconomico-Finanziaria)" First there was the pandemic, then the surge in energy and raw-material prices, then inflation, the tensions resulting from the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, the Palestinian conflict and the crisis in the Red Sea.
"All these factors put international growth, and therefore Italian economic growth, at risk".
