The elite police officers are training at the start of the year, and for a few weeks, in an empty 9,000 m2 office building in Rueil-Malmaison (Hauts-de-Seine), owned by Novaxia.

The investment company has a history of allowing original uses of its empty buildings.

But, usually, these are more street art exhibitions.

And Novaxia has many empty buildings, since its specialty is precisely to transform such obsolete assets to another use, generally housing.

The Rueil-Malmaison building, acquired by Novaxia in 2021, has been empty since 2019. And discussions are underway with the town hall to determine its future.

This is not the only empty office building in this Hauts-de-Seine town.

Quite the contrary.

And their owners are starting to multiply projects for change of use…
