In recent weeks, the "G. Leopardi" Linguistic High School in Macerata hosted the American student from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Boston, Maanasi Lynasi, as part of the Gtl - GlobalTeaching Labs - project, aimed at supporting the teaching of scientific disciplines in English, with particular attention to coding, biochemistry and biotechnology.
The project offered the students of the Leopardi High School the opportunity to live a qualitatively significant training experience, enhancing the use of the English language and new teaching technologies, present within the Institute also thanks to the resources obtained through the Pnrr Scuola 4.0 - Next Generation Classrooms andLabs.
"Our students will have to deal - explains the school director Angela Fiorillo - with a constantly evolving university and professional world, which will require ever-new flexibility and skills. The attention shown by Liceo Leopardi towards STEM disciplines, new teaching technologies and laboratory activities contribute significantly to building skills that will prove fundamental for the future".
