and a couple of other names, this Tuesday the pink franchise announced a new reinforcement:
Nicolás Freire
from San Juan , a 29-year-old center back, who emerged from
Argentinos Juniors
and has spent time in Europe, Brazil and Ecuador.
"Nicolás offers us a solid presence, we know he will work hard and help command the defensive line," said Chris Henderson, Inter Miami sporting director.
And he added: "He has had success in several high-quality competitions throughout his career, and we are excited to bring him on board to help us compete for titles in 2024."

He arrives at Inter Miami on loan for the entire season, to reinforce an area of the field that is essential for the plans of DT Gerardo Martino, who wants his teams advanced on the field and marking well from the top.
"I am very proud to take this step in my career and play for a great club like Inter Miami," said Freire as a new teammate of Messi and the Barcelona galacticos.
