Where did the change of heart come from?
Ramsau am Dachstein - Since 2009, actor Markus Brandl has been playing the mountain rescuer and hotelier's son Tobias Herbrechter in the ZDF action series of the same name "The Mountain Rescuers".

No jobs: The real reason behind Markus Brandl's “mountain rescuer” return
In the ZDF series, the actor has his hands full: In the current “The Mountain Rescuer” season, Markus Brandl had to take care of a crashed helicopter or deal with a tragic family death.
After his departure in 2019, Brandl had less to do - the corona pandemic put a stop to his plans.
Brandl's acting projects were put on hold - he was unable to realize himself during this period outside of the "Bergretter" cosmos.
In the meantime, he was brought back to the ZDF set for a “Bergretter” special alongside fellow actor Sebastian Ströbel (46).
The 49-year-old enjoyed it so much that he returned to his former colleagues.

The "Germany's Next Top Model" presenter celebrated her acting appearance online - fans, however, were divided on how they should feel about her appearance.
