The Alain Delon affair thickened again this Wednesday evening, January 24.

were able to consult a medical assessment of the actor, whose state of health caused a real family crisis.
His children, Anouchka, Alain-Fabien and Anthony, have spoken out in the media on multiple occasions, speaking out, in particular, about the conclusions of a general practitioner on the health of the Samurai.
This practitioner, Doctor H., was mandated in the context of a complaint from children targeting the
actor's “
companion lady ”, Hiromi Rollin, then accused of abuse of weakness.
He submitted his report "
on documents
" - which is therefore based on the analysis of Alain Delon's medical file and not on a consultation - on October 13 to the investigators.
In this report, this general practitioner and legal expert registered with the Orléans Court of Appeal mentions, in particular, that Alain Delon is “
carrier of significant comorbidities, active chronic pathologies and relevant and disabling acute disorders
”.
“
This state is of a total, direct and certain nature to make Mr. Alain Delon vulnerable both physically and psychologically
,” he ruled, also observing that the state of health of the actor from La Piscine had deteriorated “
at over the last four years
.
The cause is “
cognitive disorders of a vascular nature, worsening with strokes and complemented by cognitive disorders of a degenerative nature
”.
Four phases of degradation
The expert notes that Alain Delon's health has experienced four phases of deterioration.
The first extends from June 2016, a month during which the actor suffered a slight stroke, and May 2019. “
Mr. Delon was then able to respond effectively to the possibility of a situation of harassment or “impediment to its conditions
”, writes the doctor in the expertise consulted by
Le Parisien
, noting that the stroke did not disrupt the motor functions and discernment of the actor.
The second phase begins in August 2019. The Cheetah suffers two new strokes in one month.
They affect the mobility of the actor, but also his morale.
According to a report from a clinic in Switzerland, where he was hospitalized, Alain Delon "
struggles to accept his situation and the limitations due to his stroke
."
“
Mr. Delon expresses discouragement and a loss of confidence.
He states on several occasions that he no longer wants to live if he has to remain disabled
,” write the doctors, who diagnose a “
depressive disorder
.”
Discernment, however, is considered “
almost complete
” at this period.

The third phase, between 2021 and June 2023, worsens Alain Delon's state of health.
On September 17, 2021, the cinema legend suffered a heavy fall and suffered a head injury.
Examinations reveal a clear weakening.
He was also diagnosed with lymphoma.
Alain Delon suffers “
a much more delicate general quality of life both psychologically and physically, complicated by new tumor fixations and more severe cognitive disorders
”.
In January 2023, the actor would have written advance directives in the event of death.
He declares that he is afraid of "
dying of illness
", and that his only pleasure is to "
see (his) daughter
".
He would also have specified at the time that he wanted “
to be treated in France and to stay in (his) house in
Douchy
for that
”.
The mandated expert notes in his report that this phase shows a “
significant alteration of discernment
”, with a “
slowing down of thought
” and “
difficulties in resolving social or family problems
”.
As for the fourth phase, it begins in July 2023. At this stage, the actor's movements are limited - using canes, a walker and then a wheelchair.
From August onwards, Alain Delon found himself in “
almost constant bed rest
”.
The mandated doctor reports a “
psychological and physical deterioration corresponding to a major alteration of his mental health specific to the total abolition of discernment
”, “
placing him in conditions of complete physical dependence, exposing him to the submission of people intervening in at his bedside for his vital needs and for palliative care.
» Since this expertise, the Montargis public prosecutor's office has mandated a new expert, who went to Douchy on January 13 to issue a second opinion.
This will be decisive in deciding on possible guardianship of the actor.
