Guilty.
The departmental criminal court of Seine-et-Marne, in Melun, sentenced a resident of Indre to nine years of imprisonment, this Wednesday, January 24, for a whole series of sexual offenses.
In particular for "rape committed on a minor under 15 years old by an adult with an age difference of at least five years" and "sexual propositions made to a minor by an adult using a means of electronic communication, followed by a encounter ".
The accused was also sentenced to socio-judicial supervision for a period of three years.

Attorney General Florence Guinaudeau had requested a sentence of ten years of criminal imprisonment, accompanied by socio-judicial monitoring for a period of three years.
Throughout the investigation, as during the trial, the accused denied having committed the slightest sexual abuse on the victim, aged 14 at the time.
