The heart of “I’m a Star – Get Me Out of Here!” are the disgusting jungle tests.
But which jungle camp candidate has to face their fears on day seven?
Update from January 24, 2024:
Murwillumbah - The spectators showed mercy and spared Leyla Lahouar (27) from another test of disgust in the jungle camp.
Kim Virginia Hartung (28) and Anya Elsner (20) had to do this on Wednesday evening.
A scene just before could have been decisive for Anya's choice for the jungle test.
However, she and Kim couldn't deliver - the ladies didn't bring back a single star.
And who has the chance to provide food in the camp on Thursday?
The decision is made between Felix von Jascheroff (41), Twenty4Tim (23) and Kim Virginia.
But the moderators do not redeem any of the three “maybes” - because everyone has to take part in the next jungle test.
Disgusting dishes await the campers there.
Update from January 23, 2024:
Former winner Désirée Nick (67) can't really do much with the jungle camp this year.
But many viewers are very enthusiastic and are watching the scenes in Australia with interest.
After Leyla Lahouar was able to perform in the jungle test on Monday, she had to realize again on Tuesday: she is having big problems overcoming her fears.
The ex-Bachelor candidate broke off the disgust test.
How do viewers react to this?
Does Leyla also have to compete on day six?

Cora Schumacher left the jungle camp voluntarily - but her colleagues continue to fight for the victory of "I'm a star - get me out of here!" After a zero number in the previous test, Leyla Lahouar was able to do so on January 22nd prove: She manages to overcome herself and bring stars with her to the camp.
She was able to collect ten of them and earn some much-desired food for herself and the celebrity crew.
But who will take part in the next disgust test?
The viewers have decided: It's Leyla again.
“Leyla is going to the jungle test again,” announces presenter Jan Köppen (40) around the campfire.
The somewhat depressed camper then needs some good encouragement from her fellow campers.
On day four, Leyla Lahouar had to take part in the jungle test.

The jungle camp viewers had to make do with a particularly short episode on Sunday, but it wasn't short on excitement: after just a few seconds, ex-"Bachelor" candidate Leyla Lahouar (27) broke off the test screaming .
That was obviously to the taste of the audience, who voted her into the test again - this time alone.
“Never, no, no, they can’t be serious,” said the 27-year-old, horrified.
However, her choice was a little lost in the evening, as shortly afterwards it was announced that Cora Schumacher had voluntarily left the jungle camp.

Two jungle camp stars could not be selected for the exam on the second day of “I'm a Star - Get Me Out of Here!”, but there was no grace period for the other ten celebrities.
Social media star Twenty4Tim (23) and reality star Kim Virginia (28) were at least halfway decent with five out of twelve stars.
But the 23-year-old can also prove himself on day three (January 21st): the RTL viewers voted him into the test again.
However, he doesn't have to do it alone.
Instead of Kim Virginia, Leyla Lahouar is keeping him company this time.

The jungle camp viewers have decided: Shortly before midnight, Sonja Zietlow (55) and Jan Köppen (40) announced the result of the first telephone vote of the new season: Apart from Heinz Hoenig (72), all stars were able to the jungle test can be chosen.
On day two, the celebrities have to work in pairs: social media star Twenty4Tim and reality star Kim Virginia received the most calls.

Sheer horror awaits the jungle camp candidates in the jungle test - but at the same time an opportunity to prove themselves to their competitors and the RTL viewers.
The latter watch in front of their television screens at home, sometimes gleefully and sometimes enthusiastically, as the celebrities have to face unsavory, disgusting tasks day after day.
Ultimately, however, these are a large part of the appeal of the reality show.
Defiance-disgust factor simply cult: the jungle camp and its tough tests
It's correspondingly exciting when it's decided who will have to fight for the coveted stars in the next "I'm a Star - Get Me Out of Here!" episode.
The number they earn ultimately determines what and how much the jungle camp candidates get to eat.
In the first week, the audience decides by phone who will face the test.
A pattern always emerges: The “I’m a star – get me out of here!” fans seem to prefer to choose women for the jungle test.
The undefeated record holder is “Goodbye Germany” emigrant Danni Büchner (45): She had to compete a total of twelve times in season 14 in 2020.
After years, she replaced the previous record holder Larissa Marolt (31), who had to face all kinds of disgusting harassment a total of ten times in 2014.
Befitting jungle camp start: All candidates have to take part in the food test
At the start of the new jungle camp season (on January 19th from 8:15 p.m. on RTL) we are following a tried and tested tradition.
As befits their status, all celebrities are sent through the exam together on day one.
This is also the case in season 17, as a first glimpse on

The task itself is tough: Right from the start, “Würg & Travel” is one of the infamous food tests.
This seems to pose a real challenge to influencer Twenty4Tim and “Bachelor” candidate Leyla Lahouar (27) in particular: there is a lot of choking and suffering.
In the end, the celebrities get at least half of the possible stars: six out of twelve.
In the coming days, the fate of the jungle campers will be entirely in the hands of the viewers: They will initially decide by voting who they want to see in the test and will then be allowed to select the candidates as usual from week two.
Things were already strict for them in advance: each jungle camp star had their own bodyguard at their side, who accompanied them at all times in Australia.
