Stefan Mross and his girlfriend Eva Luginger want to get fit for the coming year and went to the spa.
Munich – Stefan Mross (48) and his girlfriend Eva Luginger (36) want to start the New Year 2024 healthy.
The motto is vegetable soup instead of roast pork: it should detoxify.
“The motivation is very great because we have already sinned a lot with the family recently,” Mross admitted in an interview with “Brisant” in the broadcast on January 24, 2024.

The two pop singers also traveled a lot last year, sat a lot and sometimes ate poorly.
The most important thing is your own body.
“There are – you always say so beautifully – a thousand diseases, one health, but also only one body,” quoted Eva Luginger, who is repeatedly compared to Mross' ex Anna Carina Woitschack, her partner.
And in order to take care of their bodies and their health, Mross and Luginger are now in Bad Birnbach, Lower Bavaria, for a few days of treatment.
In addition to a healthy diet, breathing fresh mountain air from an appropriate device is on the agenda there.
But fitness and body fat levels are also checked, which leads Stefan Mross to realize that he could probably lose a bit of weight.
But he had already suspected this with “Always on Sundays”, where ticket sales for the next season have already started again.
Stefan Mross doesn't want to gain any more weight
The moderator reported: “During 'Always on Sundays' I noticed that when I started 20 years ago, I actually had a jacket size 50.
And now I'm actually only a size 52. So I'm one size larger.
But if I continued like this, I would probably be 54 this year. And I don't want to go there.
No way".
That's why Mross and his partner are now working on their fitness.

There is a lot on the agenda for Stefan Mross in 2024: In February he will accompany Marianne and Michael on their big farewell tour, want to record a new album and be in front of the camera again in early summer for “Always on Sundays”.
Eva Luginger has currently put her own singing career on hold and is supporting Mross in his career, accompanying him and working in his office.
Her predecessor Anna Carina posted a tearful video from her vacation.
