Thus the most contested measures, including by the left wing of the presidential majority: the restriction of foreigners' access to social benefits, the tightening of family reunification, the annual migration quotas set by Parliament, or even the " return deposit” for students.
In total, 35 articles of the bill - out of 86 - are totally or partially repealed, including 32 because they are considered "legislative riders", that is to say they have no link sufficient with the initial text
