- While the other Holzland communities will have to take on considerable debt this year, in Inning it still looks moderate.
But in the coming years things will get tougher.
So bad that VG treasurer Karlheinz Miksch had to draw up a financial plan in addition to the budget, which he presented to the local council on Tuesday evening.
The expansion for fast internet and the new community center: Due to delayed funding, we were forced to take out several loans with variable repayments for the small community, explained Miksch.
A loan of 1.85 million is planned for next year, and 1.4 million each in 2026 and 2027.
In order to be able to pay off these loans as quickly as possible, Inning relies on funding being paid out on time.
Miksch assumes that, among other things, there will be a state injection of 800,000 euros for the new community center in mid-2025.
When it comes to broadband funding, he hopes to receive 200,000 euros a few months later, as well as 1 million in 2026 and 1.46 million in 2027.
However, there are also numerous other projects waiting for the community.
So she has to shell out 190,000 euros for the community center's final bill over the next three years.
According to a conservative estimate, the non-fundable portion of the broadband expansion amounts to 800,000 euros.
The expansion of the primary school is expected to cost half a million.
The energy-saving renovation of the multi-purpose hall amounts to 300,000 euros.
You have to pay the same amount for sidewalk and street renovation.
The sewer upgrade will amount to 200,000 euros.
In addition, there is the addition of the fire station with 150,000 euros and work on the sewage treatment plant with 100,000 euros.
If all funding comes in as planned, the community can then reduce its debts again in a timely manner.
Miksch assumes, as he explained in the financial plan, that after the last grant receipt, the liabilities will amount to 1.74 million in mid-2027.
That would correspond to a per capita debt of 1,125 euros.
In comparison, the debt level at the end of last year was only 196,940 euros, which is 126 euros per resident.
The debt would therefore increase almost tenfold.
The local council also approved the budget for the current year.
The total volume is around 4.5 million euros.
Inning generates most of the income in the administrative budget through taxes and allocations amounting to around 2.4 million euros.
The assessment rates remain unchanged for property and trade tax.
On the expenditure side, personnel costs (241,000 euros), administrative and operating expenses for buildings and sewers (860,000 euros), subsidies for kindergarten as well as payments to the Taufkirchen middle school association and other subsidies (710,000 euros) are included.

1.105 million are due for the district administration's district levy alone.
According to Miksch, “the most important number” is the community’s profit of around 87,000 euros, with 62,000 euros being used for regular repayments.
Around 170,000 euros will be withdrawn from reserves.

The largest expenses in the financial budget in the current year are 90,000 euros for the acquisition of the cycle path between Inning and Großwimpasing, 30,000 euros in planning costs for the school building expansion, 100,000 euros for the general renovation of the multi-purpose hall, 100,000 euros for the sewer renovation and 190,000 euros for the community center.
