The bad news for the British royal family doesn't get any less: Charles has to undergo surgery for an enlarged prostate.

has returned to London ahead of his planned prostate operation this week, according to a media report.
The Sun reported that the 75-year-old monarch was spotted in a car near Buckingham Palace.
Footage showed Charles in the back seat of a limousine.
As usual, the royal standard was hoisted above Buckingham Palace in the presence of the monarch, the British news agency PA also reported.
The palace recently announced that Charles will undergo surgery this week to treat his enlarged prostate.
He had postponed some appointments for this.
Unusual process
