A new restaurant chain is moving to Münster in 2024.
The special thing: There is steak made from the 3D printer.
The company announced when it would start.
Münster - This should be good news for steak lovers.
The restaurant chain “The Ash” will soon be opening a branch in Münster (NRW).
To date, the chain has twelve branches nationwide, including in Bochum, Dortmund, Düsseldorf and Oberhausen.
A branch also recently opened in Luxembourg for the first time.
The company is now announcing that steaks and the like will also be served in the university town from summer 2024.

According to Benjamin Walter, Marketing Director and responsible for PR and marketing at “The Ash”, the branch in Münster is expected to open in mid-September 2024. Then the restaurant “including a bar and outdoor terrace in a best location in Münster” will open, explains Restaurant chain on their website.
The restaurant was inspired by the American supper clubs of the 1920s and 1930s.
In the future, visitors will find the new branch at Trauttmansdorffstrasse 65 in Münster.

“The Ash” serves steaks, burgers, salads, fish and drinks.
The restaurant chain also offers a selection of vegan dishes - and this selection was expanded again at the beginning of the year.
“The turn of the year is always the best time to take another look at your menu and see what might be missing,” says Kent Hahne, who heads the company.
For example, it was noticed that a vegan fish alternative was missing from the menu.
Since January 2023, three dishes at “The Ash” have even been 3D printed.
In addition to the flank steak, this includes a vegan Bolognese and the Redefine Meat Taco.
There have been three star restaurants in the city since April 2023.
