The police are expected to file an indictment today (Thursday) against Jordan Man, a 52-year-old resident of Rehovot, who is suspected of attacking Minister Idit Silman in Rehovot.
It should be noted that this is an unusual decision, since the indictment will be filed in less than a day after the arrest was made.
Man's detention was extended by five days.

On top of that, Minister Silman claims that the woman "slapped her".
The incident took place in the Ligad center.
The suspect saw Silman and shouted at her: "Shame on you, murderer."

After she was arrested and taken for questioning by the police, Jordan's husband, the suspect, stood outside the station in Rehovot and spoke into a megaphone passionately: "This morning Jordan took her son to school. On the way she ran into Idit Silman, a minister in the Israeli government. Jordan took out her cell phone, took a picture of her. Idit Silman took out her cell phone and took a picture back. There was something there that apparently, apparently, Jordan touched her hand. Touched her hand, for God's sake. Idit Silman claimed that she attacked her.
