And the latter was present for a very specific reason.
He claimed that the images - shown in the “Additional investigation” dedicated to Gérard Depardieu last December on France 2 - were in reality falsified.

As a reminder, the sequence in question in “Additional investigation” showed Gérard Depardieu making sexual remarks towards a little girl riding a horse.
These images, broadcast by France Télévisions, were taken from the film directed by Yann Moix in 2018. However, after the broadcast of the investigative magazine, doubts were expressed by the director about the authenticity of these images.
Mounting theories had been developed.
Among them, one argued that the soundtrack where we hear Gérard Depardieu making gritty remarks had not been captured at the moment when the actor saw the little girl.

Faced with these accusations, France Télévisions then had the rushes authenticated by a bailiff.
And it is precisely this observation that Yann Moix's lawyer, Me Jérémie Assous, contested on the set of “Touche pas à mon poste”.
“I learned just now that the police asked France Télévisions, as part of the investigation into sexual assault, that they communicate the rushes and the report and the latter refused, invoking the secrecy of the sources »,
declares the man.
“A work of fiction”
“However, in an article in Le Monde, a journalist who saw Yann Moix's film states that there is also this passage in the stud farm. He says he heard the words and remarks of Gérard Depardieu except that he does not hold them against this little girl but against a young girl [...] Thanks to the journalist from Le Monde, we are certain that the Images shown on television on “Complément d’Enquête” are totally faked. »
Stunned by these revelations, the entire columnists remain silent and Cyril Hanouna affirms:

At the same time, Me Jérémie Assous was keen to point out that Yann Moix's work had no documentary vocation.
