You have until February 9th to register for the basic volunteering training course promoted by Caritas of Rome.
The initiative, which includes eight meetings, including essential modules and exciting insights, will begin on 12 February and end on 14 March.
A training opportunity open to all those who wish to get involved in the Caritas centers in Rome and to those who wish to explore the facets of volunteering with heart and soul.
It will be possible to immerse yourself in moments of pastoral animation, networking dynamics, training and information on social services and internship experiences.
The meetings will be held by Caritas operators and experts from the world of volunteering and public and private social services;
they will take place at different times to encourage participation as much as possible.
Those who wish, at the end of the course, will be able to work as volunteers in the Caritas sign-works at diocesan level in activities in favor of the homeless, the integration of immigrant citizens, in the promotion of solidarity alongside young people in difficulty, families, prisoners and AIDS patients.
