Le Figaro Bordeaux
It’s a nice haul, even if it comes almost two years after the events.
In May 2022 in Saint-Médard-en-Jalles, in the Bordeaux metropolis, an individual fled with two strips of cannabis resin, without having paid his dealers.
Found at his home a few hours later by the delinquents, he then allegedly grabbed a shotgun and fired several shots at one of the individuals who had come with the intention of leading a punitive expedition.
Despite arrests by the gendarmerie in the hours that followed, including the perpetrator of the gunshots - still in pre-trial detention - the members of the punitive expedition were able to disappear into the wild.
This was without counting the “clearance”
operations
, set up by the government almost everywhere in France to fight against delinquency.
Drugs found at their homes
These gendarmerie operations have led to several arrests in Gironde since the start of the week.
In this context, six people were arrested in Eysines, Mios and Ambarès-et-Lagrave, suspected of having participated in this punitive expedition of 2022.
Searches carried out at their homes also led to the seizure of narcotics (heroin, weed, cannabis resin), mobile phones and bladed weapons.
