Minister Yoaz Hendel has announced that he will not run in the upcoming elections / Walla system
A party of reservists who served in Gaza led by former Communications Minister Yoaz Handel will receive 10 mandates, according to a survey published today (Friday) by the Jerusalem Post newspaper.
The survey found that a new party represented only by former reservists will shake up the political map.
It was found that the "Reserve Party" led by Diaspora Minister Amichai Shikli will also win eight mandates, after it was announced that he served in the reserves from the beginning of the fighting until the end of last December.
A reserve party led by Yair Golan, a former MK who became famous for his heroism after rescuing many people from the surrounding area on October 7, will win five mandates. A party of the leaders of the "Brothers to Arms" movement will also receive nine mandates.

Many existing parties will be affected by the establishment of a "reserve party", which can cause many people on the political map to try to prevent its establishment.
The survey revealed that if the new party is headed by Yoaz Handel or Amichai Shikli, the religious Zionist party headed by Bezalel Smotrich will not pass the threshold.
If Yair Golan leads the party, the five mandates will keep Meretz above the threshold, but if the Brothers in Arms movement leads the scholarship, Meretz will suffer.
The main source of voters for such a party will come from "Blue and White" supporters, with between 3-4 mandates going to a reserve party from Benny Gantz's party.
Another source of voters will also come from undecideds or those who are not ready to vote for any other party.
