The Tel Aviv Police spokeswoman announced yesterday the arrest of two protesters on suspicion of violating order during a rally for the release of the kidnapped.
The policemen confiscated boots, bags with equipment including chains, and fabric flares soaked in gasoline.
Today (Friday) after no evidence was brought against them, the court released them without any conditions.

After a night in detention, the suspects were brought to court today, where the police asked to extend their detention by three days on suspicion of committing offenses of violating public order, blocking the Ayalon highway lanes, endangering human life, disobeying police instructions and attempting to use fire or flammable material recklessly.
However, the police under the command of Superintendent Amar, did not bother to bring evidence of the commission of the serious crimes.
At the Tel Aviv police, demonstrators in favor of the release of the kidnapped are arrested every week, and not for the first time, the police come to court without any evidence against those suspects, which leads to their release without any restrictive conditions.

The defense attorney, Nir Alfasa, who asked the court to release the two, said that there was no attempt to set fire to anything by Man Dehua. The police were there and waited for the blockers and cleared them in a moment, and the police representative confirmed this. "This is about the suspects' participation in a legitimate rally.
These are not lawbreakers, but normative people, and all of their desire to sympathize with the struggle of the families of the abductees in order to thereby promote the return of the abductees and their return to Israel," said attorney Alfasa.
Judge Tzipora Moshe accepted the defense attorney's request and ordered the release of the two without any restrictive conditions and the police did not even ask for a delay in execution of the decision.
"I was under the impression that it was about participating in a rally for the return of the abducted. As for one suspect, I did not find sufficient evidentiary infrastructure linking him to the flares that were on the road. After giving my opinion to the claims of the police representative and the words of the defense attorney, I found it appropriate to order the release of the suspects immediately without restrictive conditions."
