Thousands in Bhima are calling for elections now/Gilad Furst
Thousands of people crowded the Bima square this evening (Saturday), and demonstrated calling for new elections.
The demonstrations in the Bima Square have been taking place for several weeks in a row, at the same time as the demonstrations in the Kidnapped Square.
One of the speakers this evening was Major General Amos Gilad, who pointed out the achievements of the IDF, and the fact that the Supreme Court did not issue any order preventing the IDF from carrying out its tasks. At the same time as the demonstration in the square, other protest gatherings were held in several places throughout the country.
According to the organizers, about 2,000 people participated in the demonstration at Horev Center in Haifa.
Additional demonstrations took place in Beer Sheva, Kfar Saba, Haifa, Rehovot and Herzliya.
At the demonstration in Haifa, the demonstrators stood with a large sign that read "Elections Now".
In the streets, the demonstrators wore shirts that read "remove now".
