The arrival of the Olympic and Paralympic Games (JOP) is taking shape in the capital.
Day after day.
The Town Hall (IVth) and municipal buildings were decorated in the colors of the competition.
The construction of the Arena at Porte de la Chapelle (18th century), the only permanent site built within the walls, has been completed and its opening is imminent, on February 11.
March will mark the start of the assembly of developments in the city, from Concorde (8th century) to Champ-de-Mars (7th century) via Trocadéro (16th century).

Le Parisien was able to consult maps which detail the assembly phases of these sites which will punctuate the JOPs next summer.
“We are building the equivalent of an 80,000-seat stadium, like the Stade de France (Saint-Denis), inside the capital.
This is the challenge before us, presented Mathieu Collet, director of the Concorde site to the organizing committee of the Olympic Games

, during a public meeting in the 8th arrondissement this week.
The objective, with this phasing, is to limit the impact of all these projects in Paris.
