The journalist, who recently left “C à vous” to devote herself solely to “C l'Hebdo”, receives Maître Franck Berton, Anouchka Delon's lawyer.
A testimony to which we were able to access.
If the latter had already spoken in a report on “Sept à Eight” on TF1 on Sunday January 21, announcing Alain Delon's cancer, he is speaking for the first time on a television set.

, Aurélie Casse asks the lawyer in the preamble.
“We should ask him directly and stop everyone from giving news for him, speak for him, explain what he wants…”
, he begins.
“He didn’t want everyone to know that he had a serious illness”

Aurélie Casse then questions the lawyer to find out if Anouchka Delon has any news about her father's health.
“Of course, she saw him yesterday so she will see him quite regularly
,” he explains.

He is - now all of France knows - suffering from cancer, which was hidden, notably by Anouchka for a very long time because it was also at the request of his father.
He didn’t want everyone to know that he had a serious illness.”
“It’s becoming a pretty incredible Netflix series”
Aurélie Casse then asks the lawyer about the actor's medical treatment being stopped.
“
For a very long time, it was Anouchka who took care of the care because it was in Switzerland, because she saw the oncologists and also because she was the medical point of contact.
It was Alain Delon’s will,”
continues Maître Berton.
“But today, is he being treated?”
, the journalist asks him more precisely.
“It’s becoming a Netflix series”

“There was, at the request of Alain Delon's former lawyer - because things have evolved again this week, it is becoming a fairly incredible Netflix series - a request for expertise was made to the Montargis prosecutor (...) to find out what his state of health is. We kept saying that he had lost discernment that he was no longer able to express himself, so the expert came to see him two weeks ago. After Madame Rollin was “expelled” from Douchy, Anthony and his brother wanted an end to the treatment that was being provided and desired by the doctors.”
The lawyer goes on to explain that Anouchka was against stopping her medication.
“Anouchka stood up for a while saying “I don’t want to”.
I have a certain number of audios - but I'm not going to send you all these audios because we don't want to proceed in the same way as our brothers - saying “I want medical advice” ( ...) In particular, he had a compulsory appointment every two months, to follow the therapy which was provided, at the end of August in Switzerland, he did not go.
Aurélie Casse then asks him:
“What I deduce is that today he has serious cancer which is not being treated?”
“He has a GP who accompanies him.
To our knowledge, there is no oncologist
,” the lawyer responds simply.

The rest of the interview focuses on Anouchka Delon who would like her father to return to Switzerland.
According to her brother Anthony Delon, she expresses this wish for questions of inheritance and lower fees on rights.
“This young woman (...) did not come and say on television sets “I want to take her to Switzerland because that’s where her oncologist and her doctors are”.
She said in the same way that her father had cancer and, out of modesty and respect, she did not want to say it.
She let torrents of mud pour down on her because she wanted to protect her father.”
The interview continues with the discussion of the actor's cognitive abilities, at the heart of the matter.
“Do you maintain today that Alain Delon is in his right mind?”
“Yes, I maintain it
,” he explains, specifying that the Parisian, who had revealed an expert report concluding in a total abolition of the actor's discernment,
“obtained the documents from a file of investigation which had been opened into the Rollin affair (...) This doctor did not see Alain Delon, hence the expert opinion procedure that we requested, the results of which we are still awaiting.”
He then returned to Anouchka Delon and in particular to the audios broadcast by her brother Alain-Fabien.
“We must stop discrediting this woman.
She is insulted, she is harassed
, he specifies.
He gave his address on television, with everything that is happening and everything that could possibly result from it.
We must signal the end of recess and only justice can signal the end of recess.
“Anouchka’s fight is the fight for the health and well-being of her father
,” he said of his client.
