The first detainee had been
Patricio Valentín García (22),
who was caught on the same Monday that the crime of the 9-year-old girl occurred.
Uma's murder occurred on Monday at 8:48, in Pío Baroja 700, Villa Centenario (Lomas de Zamora).
It was when his father, the security minister's custodian, left his house dressed in civilian clothes.
Uma managed to get into the family's Ford Ka, while his mother closed the gate.
When he saw the four criminals arrive in a stolen black Toyota Corolla, the police accelerated and the thieves fired.
The girl was shot in the back of the head and died hours later at the Churruca Hospital, where she had been transferred by helicopter after being stabilized in Gandulfo.
The investigation of the incident is in charge of the prosecutor Pablo Rossi -Functional Instruction Unit No. 18- and the judge Sebastián Monelos -Guarantees Court No. 4-.
The charge for the accused is "robbery aggravated by the use of a firearm (two incidents) and homicide criminis causa."
