Former President
Alberto Fernández came out against
Javier Milei
's statements
about Colombian President
Gustavo Petro
and maintained that it was an "inadmissible offense."
The PJ president's words come after Javier MIlei stated in television statements that Petro is "a murderous communist" who is sinking Colombia, and then shared on his social networks a speech by Donald Trump in the same sense.
Fernández published this Sunday on his personal "His people and his eternal struggle to strengthen Latin American unity make him a leader of enormous value who deserves our respect."
He then added that "Colombia and Argentina are countries that have always joined forces with other peoples of this Great Homeland that is Latin America. When globalization demonstrates the need to join forces in seeking to strengthen regions, any disqualification of the other is inadmissible."
And he concluded: "Out of respect for the will of the Colombian people who elected a leader of Gustavo Petro's stature to govern them, I make public
my recognition and solidarity
with my dear friend, current President of the Republic of Colombia."
Colombia and Argentina are countries that have always been twinned with other peoples of this Great Homeland that is Latin America.
When globalization demonstrates the need to join forces in seeking to strengthen regions, any disqualification of the other is inadmissible.
