This weekend, the weather still looks gray and gloomy in the north of France with low clouds.
In the south, spring is setting in with temperatures rising a notch in the south-east, according to forecasts from
La Chaîne Météo

A sunny and mild Saturday
The day starts under the sun despite a few banks of fog from the southwest to the center-east.
The southwest wind nevertheless brings low clouds to the Channel coasts.
These clouds extend to Normandy and concern the Paris basin, Hauts-de-France and the Grand-Est.
A few rare drops or drizzles will be possible in these regions.
In the great southwest, there are many fogs in the Garonne valley.
Where the sun shines through, temperatures rise quickly.
In the afternoon, the fog dissipates with a spring atmosphere.
From Languedoc-Roussillon to Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and from PACA to Corsica, the sun dominates with very mild temperatures in the afternoon.
Mistral and tramontane calm down, allowing the thermometer to rise quickly.
Sunday: fall to spring, north to south
Low clouds are still omnipresent during the morning over the Paris basin, Normandy, Hauts-de-France and the Grand-Est.
Elsewhere, fogs are very frequent, except near the Mediterranean where it is still the deep blue, but with a chronic drought which continues and worsens.
In the afternoon, the sun dominates without incident after the fog has dissipated, except north of the Loire, where the clouds are much more present.
Temperatures are rising another notch around the Gulf of Lion with the tramontana calming down.
Temperatures reach up to 25-26°C in Roussillon due to the Foehn effect (+12°C compared to normal), once again approaching mildness records.
