From the placing of the charge to the arrest of the suspects - this is how a murder attempt was thwarted in broad daylight:
The Northern District detectives ambushed a known criminals squad about two weeks ago in order to thwart a murder incident.
They recognized the squad in suspicious activity around a vehicle in the Galilee landscape and from there they began to escape.
Police saboteurs were rushed to the scene and began inspecting the vehicle as many forces chased the suspect's vehicle which was moving towards the main intersection.
After a short inspection, the ropes found a powerful charge attached to the bottom of the vehicle and it was decided to make a quick arrest of the suspects at the leading intersection.
At the end of the investigation, a prosecutor's statement was submitted before filing an indictment against the two suspects.

Deputy Superintendent Gil Meshulam, commander of the Nof HaGalil station, said after the incident: "This is a large explosive device that, if it had exploded, could have caused injury to innocent people, and certainly killed the occupants of the vehicle. Quick action resulted in the arrest of the suspects involved in the assassination attempt. This is a complex incident, if we had not acted it would have certainly ends in an explosion, loss of life, and even injury to uninvolved civilians."
