Opponents of the sale of the Grignon estate, the cradle of the agronomy school, which until two years ago hosted AgroParisTech, have reason to hope.
Signals from the State suggest that consideration is still open for the Thiverval-Grignon site (Yvelines), around fifteen kilometers from Versailles.

A few days ago, the Versailles administrative court definitively closed the case for a possible sale of this 310-hectare site to Altarea Cogedim.
In July 2021, the real estate developer applied for its takeover for an amount of 18 million euros.
