The strong police presence from the early hours on Caseros Avenue caught the attention of the 'early birds' Huracán fans, who arrived to anticipate an important duel for their team, which is coming off two consecutive defeats.

When the 'Globo' fans began to arrive in greater numbers, there were attempts at negotiation by those in charge of the operation, to prevent them from going down to the asphalt, and a long line of police officers was positioned against the edge of the sidewalk, containing to fan groups.
