To get rid of a puppy dog, leaving it in the Giarre Carabinieri barracks, he threw it into the area to make it 'overcome' the metal fence, about three meters high, placed to protect the structure.

Then he tried to climb over the fence, but when a soldier arrived he fled.

The protagonist of the incident was a 49-year-old criminal who was identified and reported for mistreatment of animals and attempted arbitrary entry into places where access is prohibited.

The man had arrived in his car in front of the barracks in the evening, explaining that he had found 4 puppy dogs and that he wanted to entrust them to the Carabinieri because he couldn't look after them.

The soldier on duty explained to him that he would activate the procedures for fostering the puppies, but as it was late in the evening, he asked the man to be patient until the following morning.

His response was triggered: he took one of the four puppies and 'threw' him into the barracks.

The dog fell to the ground and began to whine.

The Carabinieri first rescued the puppy and then recovered the other dogs from the car.

The puppies, four bi-coloured mixed breeds, spent the night in the barracks and the following day they were visited by veterinary doctors and entrusted, awaiting adoption, to the city kennel.
