The decline in natural gas widens on the TTF square in Amsterdam.
Futures contracts for the month of March lost 4.5% to 25.9 euros per MWh, returning to the levels of 24 September 2021 when natural gas closed at 26 euros on the Dutch market.
The mild temperatures in Europe and the still high levels of storage, which in the EU are equal to 67% at /64 TWh, weigh on the price.
In Germany they are at 72.6% at 185 TWh and in Italy at 71% at 120 TWh.
