“He should not have been brought before this court, it would have been more judicious to hospitalize him in a psychiatric unit.
» The emotion is palpable in the voice of lawyer Michael Darmon, this Wednesday, February 14, at the bar of the immediate appearances chamber in Paris.
He mentions Wolf S., 33, found dead on January 20 in a cell at La Santé prison, while awaiting his trial set for February 14.
The trial will not take place, his name was even erased from the roll at the entrance to the courtroom.
“Voices were driving him crazy, he decided to hang himself,” explains Me Darmon for the sister of Wolf S., who plans to file a complaint for “endangering the lives of others or involuntary homicide”, or even seize the administrative court, if deficiencies are brought to light.
