Opened at the end of 2022, the Ateliers Gaîté are in difficulty. This enormous mall, which combines stores and food halls, already has more than ten closures.


Lowered iron curtains, deserted aisles, windows covered with “total liquidation” banners, ongoing legal proceedings, depressed traders and a food hall that only operates at the end of the week… Welcome to Ateliers Gaîté, the center commercial opened just a year and four months ago on the ruins of the old center from the 1970s, along the Montparnasse station (14th century).
