According to what we learn, the Turin prosecutor's office intends to request a new expert opinion on the signatures attributable to Marella Caracciolo placed on some documents seized, together with devices and computers, during the search carried out as part of the investigation into an alleged tax fraud, in relation to the inheritance of the woman, wife of the lawyer and mother of Margherita Agnelli.
During the searches, the magistrates acquired the originals of these documents and therefore now intend to repeat the checks already carried out on the copies.
The analyzes already carried out, as we learned in recent days, according to the magistrates would have revealed that the signatures in question were of a "reasonably apocryphal nature" on "some important documents", such as "the testamentary additions" and also on " leasing contracts for Italian properties".
