A Flixbus passenger was amazed when a woman pulled out aluminum foil on the way - apparently to protect herself from something.

She shared a video of it on TikTok.

For many people, traveling is an opportunity to meet new people - whether you want to or not.

This can often be a lot of fun and helps you to be more open to new experiences.

Sometimes you're amazed at the other person and their habits.

A woman who was recently traveling on the Flixbus had such an encounter that she couldn't get out of her head - she even shared a video of it on the TikTok platform.

Flixbus: Woman uses aluminum foil to protect herself from the mafia

The clip only lasts nine seconds, but raises many questions: It shows a woman who has apparently taken a whole roll of aluminum foil out of her bag and is fiddling with it on the bus.

The user “whatisonviviensmind”, who shared the video, wrote: “The woman next to you on the Flixbus feels the vibrations of an electromagnetic weapon and wraps herself in aluminum foil because she is afraid of the mafia.”

A TikTok user couldn't believe it and wanted to know again in the comments: “Is that really why she wrapped herself up?” To which “whatisonviviensmind” replies: “Yes!

And all the time - she used almost the entire roll." Other users are also amazed at what they see: "The fact that she even has aluminum foil with her," says one person in disbelief.

Another writes: “I swear, Flixbus is a different world.” A third user explains: “The aluminum hat takes on a whole new meaning.”

You can take city trips in Europe with the Flixbus.

But as with so many forms of public transport, there is sometimes disagreement among passengers.

Aluminum foil is supposed to protect against radiation

The term “tinfoil hat wearer” has been known to most people since the Corona pandemic at the latest.

It is usually used derogatorily for someone who believes in conspiracy theories.

Some conspiracy theorists claim that it can ward off harmful radiation - for example cosmic, electromagnetic or telepathic - and even make cell phones tap-proof.

Apparently the woman on the Flixbus also hoped that the silver paper would provide radiation protection, as “whatisonviviensmind” suspects.

Apart from the fact that she raised eyebrows, nothing else apparently happened on the trip.

The video was viewed around 85,000 times on TikTok.
