It's a return that she dreads, a little, but for which she fought pugnaciously.
More than four years after her dismissal, Émilie (
first name has been changed
) will return to her job as an operator at the Nanterre parcel agency.
The Paris industrial tribunal has just pronounced the reinstatement of this La Poste employee who loudly claims to have been a victim of... her integrity.
Because Émilie is convinced: her dismissal, in the summer of 2019, had its origins in a refusal.
That of using Libourne parcels, the name given to packages redirected to the Gironde parcel search center due to illegible recipient or sender labels.
A practice, which according to her, had already become a practice, in 2016, when she arrived at the parcel post agency (ACP) in Nanterre.
“As soon as I arrived, my department head told me that I could take whatever interested me,” she remembers.
I immediately told him that I wasn't interested.
