Xiaomi's first car, the Su7, is official.
The Chinese company presented its sedan at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, the technology fair that opens to the public today.
In addition to the vehicle, Xiaomi also revealed the five technologies on which the innovative project is based: E-Motor, Ctb Integrated Battery, Xiaomi Die-Casting, Xiaomi Pilot Autonomous Driving and Smart Cabin.
Thanks to over 3,400 engineers and 1,000 technical experts, Xiaomi has produced a car that promises to reach up to 800 km of electric autonomy, so as to position itself as a competitor to the best models on the market.
During the MWC, Xiaomi also showed CyberDog 2, a quadruped robot, which uses 19 sensors that provide sight, touch and hearing capabilities, designed to replicate the movements, appearance and interactions of a real dog.
In addition to cutting-edge technological products, the Chinese group has also unveiled the 14 series smartphones. The new devices see the continuation of the partnership between the brand and Leica, with the 14 Ultra boasting a quad-camera configuration that includes a quad camera setup with 50 megapixel main sensor.
Xiaomi 14 starts at a price of 999 euros while the 14 Ultra version starts at 1,499 euros.
