The judicial ruling favorable to Chubut for the retention of part of the co-participation lowered the tone of the dispute between Javier Milei and the governors, although the succession of confrontations
strengthened contacts between the provincial leaders and left the articulation latent
from March to push through Congress projects to rebuild district coffers.
In his response to the elimination of the Fiscal Strengthening Fund, for which Buenos Aires will not receive some 873 billion pesos this year, Axel Kicillof insisted on moving forward with the
attempt to repeal Milei's mega DNU
, the basis of the decree of that pruning for emergencies declared until the end of 2025.
The next day, at the inauguration of the school year, Martín Llayrora confirmed that he will
fight for the restitution of the Teacher Incentive Fund (FONID)
and that if the Executive maintains the decision not to reinstate that contribution, he will promote the sanction of a project to restore it for law.
Deputies from different opposition blocs have already presented initiatives in that direction.
Kicillof and Llaryora deepened the bond.
This week, the man from Buenos Aires launched a round of calls with his peers and spoke again with the man from Córdoba.
Kicillof also spoke with Ignacio Torres, another of those targeted by the Government, in addition to Peronist leaders such as Sergio Ziliotto, Ricardo Quintela and Gerardo Zamora.

If Milei's image falls, the tougher
Llaryora had been left in the ring against the President after the fall of the omnibus bill.
Milei displaced the Córdoban Osvaldo Giordano of the ANSeS, the governor harshly questioned the deforestation of the Transportation Compensation Fund and the absence of a “productive vision” in the Government model.

Torres, one of those targeted by the President this week, resumed his conciliatory stance.

Torres had generally supported the DNU, covered the FONID with provincial funds and raised expectations of resuming the discussion of a new fiscal pact.
Maximiliano Pullaro, who had entered into a short circuit with Milei a few weeks ago due to his resistance to the increase in withholdings and changes in the biofuels regime, sought to reduce the confrontation once the omnibus law was out of the way.
Focused on management,
he will not push for the repeal of the DNU
and will support what defines radicalism.
The UCR and the so-called dialogue spaces will follow Milei's speech to define the next steps, between the decision to differentiate themselves from the hard opposition of Kirchnerism and the left, and at the same time "defend" their provinces against the attacks of the Government.
