Barcelona (dpa) - Sebastian Vettel opens the last Formula 1 tests for Ferrari before the Grand Prix kick-off. The four-time world champion climbs into the SF1000 on Wednesday, according to the Scuderia. Vettel's stable rival Charles Leclerc will then take over at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya.
The 32-year-old Vettel is then rescheduled for the entire Thursday day, and his team-mate from Monaco, who is ten years his junior, should conclude the three-day tests on Friday.
Scuderia, meanwhile, has found the cause of the engine problems that Vettel had slowed down in the first three-day tests in Spain last week. It is therefore a problem in the lubrication system, as was found in an analysis at the headquarters in Maranello. There is no need to worry, you are already working on a solution. The first Grand Prix of the year will take place on March 15th in Melbourne.
