Former star Andrea Pirlo, was officially unveiled today (Tuesday) as the new Juventus coach.

"I want to bring back the enthusiasm, to offer enterprising football with a lot of ball control," Pirlo said at the press conference. "I told the guys two things: you always have to hold the ball and when you lose it you have to get it back quickly."

The new coach added: "I am convinced I am in the right place and at the right time. I immediately felt comfortable, I knew many people I worked with. We need to bring the enthusiasm every day. We need to talk to the players, get them to participate in training and make them understand what we want from them. There is always one goal: to win. " 

Juventus have moved Miralem Pjanic to Barcelona in exchange for Arthur, and Pirlo thinks the Brazilian midfielder could be "very useful" and has spoken out about rumors of a move by Paolo DiBalla.

"Quality players can play together in any team, the important thing is that everyone is willing to sacrifice and willing to work for others. Arthur is a quality player who can fill several roles and will be very useful throughout the season. Dybala is an important player, he will be part of the project."

The new coach hopes he will be the right man to lead the Bianconeri forward. "We have to be willing to sacrifice ourselves. When there is a goal, we have to reach it together.
