Now it's official.

Yossi Aboksis returned for a fourth term in Bnei Yehuda and signed for four and a half years with the team.

The coach who won with the Golds in the Cup in 2019 will earn $ 900,000 for the entire period.

The coach who moved to Hapoel Beer Sheva from Bnei Yehuda during the previous season, is now doing the opposite way after resigning on Saturday from coaching the team from the Negev capital due to owner Alona Barkat's request to other coaches, he claims.

Barak Abramov after the signing: "I have said this several times, for me Yossi Aboksis is the best coach in Israel and I am not happy that he is returning to Bnei Yehuda Tel Aviv. Of course we have a difficult task and we are all aware of that, but if there is anyone I would like to see on the lines "At a time like this, it is Yossi. We, for our part, have given him all the tools to succeed, subject to the frameworks imposed on us because of the closure."

Joss Aboksis said after the signing: "Happy to return home. Happy to return to the neighborhood. Happy to return to cooperate with Barak. It is clear to me that I come to a system that is in a difficult situation, but I believe in this system and of course we all do everything to get the team and club on a new path. Magic in football, the change will come through hard work and a change of thinking. "

He is returning for a fourth term in orange and will deliver the training this coming Tuesday.

Meaning: will not be on the lines in Bnei Yehuda's game tomorrow against Hapoel Haifa.

Yossi Aboksis first coached Bnei Yehuda in the 2011/12 season after one season as an assistant coach at Hapoel Tel Aviv.

In 2013, the coach again joined the club from the Hatikva neighborhood, where he remained until 2015. After two successful seasons at Bnei Sakhnin, Aboksis returned to Bnei Yehuda in 2017 and won the state cup with it in 2019 after a penalty shootout victory in the cup final against Maccabi Tel Aviv.

Aboksis left for Hapoel Beer Sheva on January 8, 2020, and received the blessing of the road from Bnei Yehuda owner Barak Abramov.

The team from the capital of the Negev also marched the team to win the state cup, for the first time since 1997 and to the home stage of the European League.

In total, Aboksis stood on the lines of the Southerners in 35 league games, in which they recorded 13 wins, 14 draws and 8 losses.
