Danny Abdia's excellent period continued tonight (Thursday-Friday) with 13 points in Washington's win over Brooklyn and a fifth straight game in which he scores in double digits.
After the game, Wizards coach Wes Ansald Jr. commented on his bench's offensive contribution, which scored no less than 65 points tonight: "We need to give Abdia, Roy and Corey a lot of credit, they helped us build momentum. Danny was great on defense and made important stops "Our youngsters work hard and the minutes they get later in the season will greatly affect them. This is an opportunity for them to grow and if they do it now, it will help us later because they will be ready faster."

Beyond that, in "Bleacher Report" they published a special article in which they rearranged the 2020 NBA draft and included Abdia with a flattering rating in light of its current one.
Abdia was placed as the New York Knicks' eighth pick, while in the original draft he was selected by Washington in ninth place: "Abdia's offensive arsenal is still under construction, and it's scary.
He has already proven he is capable of leading outbursts and being good on offense even though he does not get the license to do so.
He shows improvement in basket penetration, defense and is stable and good all season.
He feels he can make a lot of noise in the NBA thanks to his abilities. "
