Türkgücü Munich has to stop playing.
The financial gap is too big.
Ex-players and officials are shocked.
Munich
– The uncertainty is over.
Türkgücü Munich has to stop playing at the end of March.
The financial gap left by the withdrawal of investor and President Hasan Kivran could not be closed.
The 1-0 defeat against Wehen Wiesbaden was the last game of the era that began under Hasan Kivran.
The investor got into the state league on Heinrich-Wieland-Strasse and led Türkgücü into professional football in just three years.
Numerous players and coaches accompanied Türkgücü's rise and fall.
These are now speaking out.

"I'm lost for words.
I hoped until the very end that the season could be ended in sporting terms.
The result now is the penalty for labor.”

“It is bitter and a real shame that it has come to this.
For all of us at the time it was a dream that we worked hard to achieve.
Personally, it hurts.
And it's also a pity for the community behind it.
From a sporting point of view, it is of course also difficult for the other third division teams.
Those responsible must now comment on the background.
I'm too far away from that now."

“It is very sad that a story that was actually so positive has ended like this.
Of course, it's difficult for those who have done a lot for the club."

“The situation is difficult and sad for everyone involved.
The whole project and the idea behind it was very good.
For us Munich Turks like me or Ünal Tosun, the whole thing was an affair of the heart.
I just hope they don't crash entirely.
Maybe it will work in the regional league with a fresh start, with a new investor or financiers.
It still hurts me personally, even if you can argue about the management of the project.
Even after my playing days, I still enjoyed following the team." *
